    Bilingual Clinical Supervisor

    The Latino Community Development Agency (LCDA) is actively looking for hard working, creative, and dedicated individuals to join our agency and become integral parts of their team. Under the supervision of the Director of Treatment Programs, the Clinical Supervisor assists the Director by supervising the mental health and substance abuse clinicians and case managers, maintain regulatory compliance, and coordinating and facilitating program processes. Some processes include reoccurring projects, reports, grant writing, referrals, and staff management.

    Position Requirements
    • Master's degree in behavioral science or related area
    • Experience working with Mental Health (MH)/Substance Abuse (SA)-related issues
    • Current Oklahoma licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LPC-LADC)
    • License under supervision will not be considered
    • The LADC license alone will not be considered
    • LPC-LADC is preferred
    • Clinical experience working with mental health issues
    • Experience supervising staff
    • Effectively communicate verbally and written in both English and Spanish
    Essential Duties & Responsibilities
    • Primarily supervise Mental Health Programs
    • Supervise Drug/Alcohol Programs
    • Ensure that staff properly maintain data for their programs
    • Maintain program compliance according to ODMHSAS, District Attorney Office, OHCA and CARF requirements
    • Provide documentation training and guidance to staff
    • Establish quality control of records, data entry, timeliness, and delivery of services
    • Identify staff needs and coordinate staff development and training
    • Participate in the coordination and implementation of LCDA community activities and events
    • Conduct intake/assessments for individuals referred to the MH and SA Program
    • Provide individual and group counseling to individuals referred to the program
    • Facilitate family counseling meetings to intervene on issues relating to clients
    • Provide weekly clinical meetings, team meetings, clinical consultations, and one-on-one staff performance reviews
    • Conduct community outreach presentations and intra-agency presentations
    • Spend at least 50% of work hours providing direct services to children, youth, adults, and families to maintain position status
    • Check and respond to emails, calls, and texts daily
    • Performs other duties consistent with training and experience
