    Ticket Sales Assistant

    Job Description
    Are you a highly organized administrative professional with a desire to work in a dynamic and fun office environment? Bring your organization skills and experience in event coordination to our sales team here at the Oklahoma City Thunder!
     
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Work special events and game nights as needed, helping to coordinate event details, help with guest check-in and manage the details that keep the event working efficiently
    • Provide administrative support to the department by executing sales mailings and direct marketing initiatives including ticket mailing and email correspondence
    • Manage and update sales forms, shared documents and FEP calendar on SharePoint portal database
    • Ability to improve processes that form the client experience from the point of sale to execution
    • Assist with general questions from the HOOP line as needed and disperse sales leads accordingly
    • Research sales leads and ideas and generate new ideas for enhancing sales volume
    • Act as liaison between sales staff and external clients the highest level of service in accordance with Thunder core values
    • Maintain good attendance and punctuality
    • Other duties as assigned
     
    Qualifications and Requirements:
    • Technological proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    • Familiarity with CRM, Archtics and Ticketmaster software preferred
    • Able to successfully track multiple tasks and projects and follow them through to completion
    • Proven organization and time management skills with strong attention to detail
    • Strong interpersonal skills with verbal and written communication that is clear, professional and friendly in tone
    • Outgoing personality and confident in interacting with people of all demographics
    • Self-starter who is comfortable working in an environment of team collaboration
    • Work schedule will include office hours plus event coordination on evenings, weekends and holidays
    • Primary work location will be the Thunder corporate office located in the Chesapeake Energy Arena in downtown Oklahoma City
     
    This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Group Events & Ticket Sales Coordinator
