We provide public sector agencies, staff, service providers, clients and community partners training, research and consultant support for professional and programmatic development.     CPM has a job opportunity for a Business Analyst who would plan and conduct statistical and program management research. 
    Job duties include but are not limited to:
    • gathering user requirements and developing technical documentation
    • conducting task and workflow analytical assessments and produce usability studies
    • evaluating data
    • preparing forms including operational and trend reports
    • developing process mapping, documentation, logic models and work breakdown structures
    • developing proposals and recommending solutions to enhance program delivery
    • research trends and business solutions 

    Required Education: Bachelor Degree OR an equivalent combination of education/job related experience, AND:

    • 18 months data collection, analysis and complex reporting

    Pay Rate: $17.31 - $20.20

    • Advanced computer skills with wide knowledge of business software
    • Detail oriented for accuracy of data and information
    • Must be able to perform basic data analysis
    • Able to effectively evaluate projects/programs and produce comprehensive reports
    • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Advertised Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to communicate including expressing oneself or exchanging detailed information with others Ability to engage in repetitive motions including movement of the wrists, hands and fingers. Finger dexterity required.

    Departmental Preferences:

    • Masters degree social science or business/public administration
