    The Learning Management System Administrator is responsible for supporting and coordinating the learning management system (LMS) and related technical projects, including data collection and analysis, planning, implementing, and monitoring all technical activities involved and coordinating with appropriate stakeholders.

    Required Education: Bachelor Degree or equivalent combination of education/job related experience, AND:

    • 18 months experience of Learning Management System Administration 


    • Knowledge of agile development process
    • Process-oriented, analytical, creative, decisive and able to work in a collaborative work environment
    • Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines

    Pay Rate: $50,000 - $54,040

    Advertised Physical Requirements:

    • Must be able to engage in repetitive motion and communicate effectively.


    Departmental Preferences:

    • Knowledge of WCAG standards and 508 Accessibility
    • Experience training others to use software
    • Totara LMS Course Creator, Totara Administrator Certifications
    • 24 months or more experience of Learning Management System Administration
    • Experience working with Moodle


    Supervision: 1-5 Staff
