    Job Description
    Position Summary:

    This position will perform skilled level duties to assist Enrollment Operations with recruitment and promotion of the university via the web and the CRM Campus Management Connect. This position will report to the Director of Enrollment Operations. This position is specifically responsible for assisting all Enrollment Services units to revise, update, edit and/or enhance enrollment services sites to ensure quality, accuracy and timeliness of their web content, directing enrollment-related electronic communication deliveries and strategies.

    Education/Experience:

    A bachelor’s degree is required.  A minimum of one - two years of professional communication and marketing experience is required. 
    A suitable combination of education and experience may be substituted for minimum qualifications. 

    Essential Functions:
    • Demonstrate an attitude and behaviors that reflect the core values and mission of the department as well as the university.
    • Develop strategies and digital marketing campaigns for admission events including schedules, presentations, etc.
    • Track and analyze data collected from communication mediums and source codes to improve future efforts.
    • Integrate, manage and facilitate all admissions electronic communication efforts (ie: email campaigns, website, and self-service portal) avenues for recruitment.
    • Create, maintain, and schedule Connect’s email templates for undergraduate, graduate, adult studies and international recruitment, including but not limited to counselor emails to prospects
    • Create, develop and update Enrollment Services websites (undergrad, grad, international, SFS and visitor relations)
    • Maintain the content of the Connect VIP Pages.
    • Manage the electronic communication flows for all areas in Enrollment Services and assist in data entry as needed.
    • Provide creative media support for a variety of recruitment projects.
    Other duties as assigned

    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
    • Excellent computer skills, with knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, MS Office, and a demonstrated proficiency of HTML and CSS. Knowledge of Campus Management Connect or another CRM software is preferred but not required.
    • Excellent oral communications skills.
    • Excellent writing skills, including experience with AP Style is a plus.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
    • Clear, correct, and effective communication using the English language.
    Physical Requirements:
    • Constantly operates a computer and other office machinery.
    • Constantly visually identifies, observes, and assesses.
    • Frequently communicates with university constituents.
    • Frequently remains in a stationary position (standing and/or sitting).  Occasionally moves to accomplish tasks and/or to get from one worksite to another.
    • Occasionally moves common office materials.

    Working Conditions:
    • Work is primarily indoors, but at times may be required to be in an outdoor environment when traveling between campus buildings or off campus.
    • Will be exposed to frequent noise caused by telephones and office machines.
    • Standard office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday; some overtime may be required.
    • Off-campus, state and regional travel may be required.
