    Job Description

We provide public sector agencies, staff, service providers, clients and community partners training, research, and consultant support for professional and programmatic development. We deliver cost-effective, customer-oriented solutions that are tailored to met unique needs and situations.
    The Program Specialist serves as the point of contact and problem resolution for Oklahoma employers on all topics, processes and procedures related to child support enforcement.
    Duties include but are not limited to:
    • Process, document and support child support partners with general business process actions for collections
    • Provide locate of non-custodial and custodial parents for Child Support Services
    • Provide case research to assist Child Support Services with collections related activities and processes
    • Provide data analysis and support to assist Child Support Services with services and processes
    • Utilize the automated Oklahoma State Information System to document all case related actions for each child support case

    Required Education: Bachelor Degree or equivalent combination of education/job related experience, AND:

    •  0-24 professional experience with social services, payroll or insurance benefits


    • Basic computer skills
    • Strong initiative to solve problems
    • Ability to communicate complicated legal and policy concepts to others
    • Must be able to read and interpret policy as well as State and Federal regulations

    Advertised Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to engage in repetitive motions including movement of the hands, wrists and fingers. Ability to communicate with others and receive complex information Ability to view databases and computer screens carry case files up to 25 lbs,

    Departmental Preferences:

    • More than 25 months professional experience with social services, payroll, or insurance benefits

    Supervision: No supervisory duties

    Pay Rate: $15.00 - $15.87
