    Looking for a Recruiting Coordinator/Recruiting Assistant for a company located in Edmond. The position is temporary to permanent and pay $14 per hour. Hours are Monday-Friday 8-5.


    The responsibilities of the Recruiting Coordinator is to facilitate the recruiting department in the hiring process. Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for communication to and from job applicants, hiring managers and recruiter. The Recruiting Coordinator's functional responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
    • Enter applicant information from paper apps to ATS when received
    • Answer applicant and recruiting phone calls
    • Take information for initial new position requests and forward to recruiter for posting
    • Enter and monitor applicant background checks
    • Handle initial screening of applicants as needed
    • Responsible for assisting walk-in applicants and collecting recruiting paperwork
    • Schedule interviews between applicants and supervisors
    • Draft and send offer letters to applicants
    • Schedule orientations with cleared applicants on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
    • Schedule DOT drug screen for completion prior to orientation day
    • Act as back up for leading orientations as needed
    • Process new hires/rehires through orientation. This includes:
      • Performing in-office drug screens
      • Sending applicants to McBride as needed
      • Setup new hire at computer to complete onboarding paperwork and videos
      • Assisting applicants as needed with completing onboarding paperwork
      • Providing new hire documents, PPE, and first day instructions to employee
      • Process all new hires in E-Verify
    • Update ATS dispositions and applicant information throughout hiring process
    • Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
    • High attention to detail
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to work in fast-paced, quickly changing environments
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Previous staffing industry experience
    • HR Degree or equivalent
    • Previous experience working in a HR/Recruiting Department
    • Bilingual (Spanish)
