    Job Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma  
     
    Position Type: Full-time or Part-time / Hourly
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Answer and make phone calls
    • Collect all necessary documents for each client • Develop and maintain relationships with each client • Verbal interpretation and written translations 
    • Schedule appointments 
    • Draft various types of letters and emails to clients  
    • Recognize, notate, and prepare for important deadlines  
    • Perform other duties as required and assigned Qualifications
    • Spanish fluency is required
    • Previous experience in a law firm setting is preferred but not required 
    • Computer proficiency is required  
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
    • Ability to change tasks quickly  
     
    Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and scanners. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and use hands to type or handle paperwork. May be required to sit for long periods of time and/or walk between office locations.  
     
    Expected Hours of Work: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM (if part-time)
